Create WebEngine test cases for RTA

    Description

      RTA needs stable and easy-to-use test cases for testing WebEngine.

      • Does not depend on external content/network
      • Easily to be tested by Squish (web)

      My suggestion is to create a dedicated RTA test case that ideally includes

      • Rendering simple content (from local sources)
      • Downloading API
      • Fullscreen
      • Drag&Drop
      • WebGL
      • ...
