add QImage::Format_Indexed12

    Description

      Is it possible to have a format QImage::Format_Indexed12 ?
      (or more general: Indexed16)
      Should be similar to Format_Indexed8.

      Reason:
      With the indexed formats it is fast and easy to convert false colors from an gray image. This is widely used for technical diagrams.
      Modern industrial cameras have a resolution of 12bit, so the 'indexed8' will waste a lot of information.

      Or do you have a better idea to get the mentioned result?
