[REG: 5.9.1 -> 5.9.2] qmlimportscanner does not scan files from project directory anymore

      Looks like 6ff0e9a65657e8c51a37e63efe8169bb7e3050cc broke scanning from root of project directory. Now it seems to only scan subdirectories, but often those .qml files are just in same directory.
