[REG 5.9 -> 5.10] File browser shows $i18n{...} texts

    Description

      On the current dev branch (with the newest 5.10 merged), when opening e.g. `file:///`, titles like $i18n{header} are shown where there was nothing with 5.9.

      I think either those texts should be shown localized if possible, or English at least, or not at all like in 5.9 (I never noticed they were missing).
