Qt 5.9 for Win32 requires WinRT libraries

    Description

      I'm building Qt 5.9 from GIT, pulled 2017-09-25.

      I'm building for Win32, but my program crashes because it is looking for a WinRT library.

      This is the error message: "The program can't start because api-ms-win-core-winrt-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem."

      I'm actually not sure what code is linking to WinRT. I haven't tried to figure it out yet.
