Symbian: Stylesheets demo: Buttons do not have visual cue whether they are pressed or not in some styles

In Khaki and Blue styles in stylesheets demo there is no visual clue to indicate that button is pressed. In Transparent style the effect is very subtle and unnoticeable to casual observer.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Make sure the phone is on default theme
2) Launch Stylesheets demo
3) Observe how None, Enable, and Show buttons are clearly indicated that they are pressed.
4) Change style to Khaki
5) Observe how buttons show no visual clue that they are pressed.
6) Repeat Steps 4) and 5) for Blue and Transparent styles.

It should be clear in all styles that a button is pressed.
