QMacStyle: The tab icon should be drawn next to tab title in QMdiArea::TabbedView

    Description

      When you have QMdiArea in tabbed view mode the icon is drawn next to close button, which looks weird when you have only a few tabs, because the icon is far away from the title. See attached screenshot. It would look better if the icon is drawn next to the title.

      Note: QTBUG-61235 already fixes some of the QTabView icon issues in Qt 5.9.2, but those patches are not enough to fix this issue.

       The attached example demonstrates this. Click "New" to create new tabs.
