Qt5.9: default Qt install path is \usr\local\Qt5.9.x also on windows

      5.9.2 src package, run configure -commercial -confirm-license (enterprise licenses installed), default install path is \usr\local\Qt5.9.2:

      'Qt will be installed into '\usr\local\Qt-5.9.2'.'

      It should go somewhere in c:\ on windows.
