Support wchar_t as built-in type

    Description

      Basically reopening of QTBUG-296.
      In Visual Studio 2008 is default setting wchar_t as built-in type and we have to turn all other projects as NOT using wchar_t as built in type, otherwise we cannot use them in conjunction with Qt.
