Windows: Problems when moving dialog across screens with different scalings

    Description

      Some dialogs (e.g. Qt Creator's "About" Dialog) refuse to migrate from 1x scaling to 2x scaling screen when the dialog is grabbed on the right side of the title bar. Grabbing it on the other side works, but then the dialog changes sizes frequently while moving.
