QL QML Designer blurry and Mouse click on designer misplaced

I am Mr Bhavani Prasad Desai, Application Engineer (SW GUI) , Socionext Europe GmbH located in Frankfurt Germany.

I have installed the latest version QT and tried to work on the QT quick control 2 application. The designer first of all looks very blurry. and When I try to click on the icons of the designer for example on the TOP left. 'Library' and tab below it 'QML Types', 'Resources' and 'Imports' I found out that I have to click a centimeter below the above mentioned Icon or Tabs to activate them. 

Its the same issue when I try to design the GUI programmatically the UI of the GUI are all a bit shifted (attached photo)

The above problem occurs of full HD(1680X1050) and Ultra HD (3840X2160)Laptop monitors. BUT when I tried it on the laptop with a smaller screen (1280X800) it works fine and the mouse click on the designer are not replaced.

I have attached the system configuration of both the laptops where the designer is working properly and the buggy designer. 

I would also like to mention that this problem is only with QML and the normal QT GUI with out QML all is fine on all laptop environment.

In both cases am using the open source version of the QT

I would like t have a solution to this problem.
