tst_QXmlSimpleReader::inputFromSocket() fails with time out in the CI

    Description

      The test has failed 44 times within the last week in the CI. It has failed on Windows7.

      FAIL!  : tst_QXmlSimpleReader::inputFromSocket(C:/Users/qt/work/qt/qtbase/tests/auto/xml/sax/qxmlsimplereader/encodings/doc_euc-jp.xml) QTestLib: This test case check ("(((server->listening)))") failed because the requested timeout (5000 ms) was too short, 11700 ms would have been sufficient this time.
