Make it easy to support multiple url interceptors

      It should be trivial for developers to support multiple url interceptors (particularly if Qt is providing its own with e.g. QtQuick Controls 2).

      This might include APIs for setting multiple interceptors, or official API/techniques for chaining interceptors. See discussion at https://codereview.qt-project.org/207318/
