UWP support on non-embedded Windows environments

    Description

      While installing Qt 5.9, I noticed that we are shipping the UWP binaries for Windows Desktop

      However, the documentation lists it for Windows "Mobile" platform http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/supported-platforms.html

      Do we need to update the document to list it for Windows desktop explicitly?
