QModbusDataUnit doesn't resize vector after construction

setValueCount(...) does not resize m_values so that subsequent calls to setValue fails silently

This becomes apparent when using the QModbusDataUnit(RegisterType type) constructor as it then becomes impossible to set values to nondefault values.
