[iOS] Add support for HEIC image format

    Description

      This request is about adding support for the new high efficiency image format (*.HEIC) introduced on iOS 11.
      iOS 11 uses this as the default image format for pictures taken using Camera on iPhone 6S and above devices.

      Currently the image preview is black when using *.HEIC files in Qt iOS apps with Qt5.9.1.

      Note:
      HEIC format must be enabled separately from Camera Settings -> Formats -> High Efficiency.
