No way to pass output device to speech engine

    Description

      When you implement a pluigin for a speech engine there is no way to pass the output device. If the engine outputs pcm data to process via QAudioOutput only a random device can be used. So specifying the output device or using more than one qtspeech instance for multiple output devices is impossible right now.
