QWheelEvent's timestamp is always 0

Run the attached project, then position the mouse over the window, and use the scroll wheel or trackpad 2-finger scroll gesture.  The console shows that the timestamp is always 0. I'd expect it to provide the actual timestamp from the window system's underlying event.
