MQTT: Add broker support

      There is no immediate plan for having broker support, but yet it has been suggested by a couple of parties. This task is to track use-cases for having a Qt based broker.

       

      • One use-case mentioned at Qt World Summit was to use mqtt as an IPC mechanism, where one "master" process serves to subprocesses all sensor data. Qt Remote Object seemed to heavy for them, same as DBUS.
