jetson-tx1: qtbase uses getentropy which not supported in 3.10 kernel

      QtBase uses getentropy system call that is available in linux kernel starting from version 3.17. Jetson-tx1 has older kernel 3.10 which does not support it.
      This causes runtime behavior where running any Qt application shows error message that libQt5Core.so.5 is not found.
