I have an old TI part and old linux and am using qt 5.3.2 to run a Qt application.

I am seeing internal error.

Any writeup on what type of things to look for to determine if this is really a problem.

Also seeing segmentation faults in the exec after running for a while.

any forums or email  to talk to others and get pointers ?
