make configure -recheck accept test names

      with https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/199408 configure tests have been moved inside configure.json, which is great for many things, but makes it hard to debug the test should it fail for some reason.
      Therefore it would be good to add support to run a test defined therein separately, to debug why a specific feature does not turn on upon configure
