    Description

      daylightTimeOffset function returns zero value for time zones with daylight saving time.
      E.g. UTC+2 Kyiv.

      qDebug() <<QTimeZone::systemTimeZone().daylightTimeOffset(QDateTime()); 

      NOTE: Reproducible only on Windows platforms.
