When dragging an item that is the parent of the DropArea then it will call onEntered for that DropArea

    Description

      When dragging an item that is the parent of the DropArea then it will call onEntered for that DropArea. Since the item that contains the DropArea is the one being dragged then it should not be calling onEntered. This worked fine on macOS and only appears to happen on Windows.
