Release Tars/Zips have incorrect name

Qt 5.10 beta 1 tars have "beta" in the filename

https://download.qt.io/development_releases/qt/5.10/5.10.0-beta/submodules/

But beta 2/3 tars do not

https://download.qt.io/development_releases/qt/5.10/5.10.0-beta3/submodules/

e.g. qtxmlpatterns-everywhere-src-5.10.0.tar.xz

It's pretty confusing to name beta tars the same as the final thing so best to include the -beta3 in the file name.
