B2Qt rPi3 - Wrong QtHelp cmake module file

      The QtHelp module cmake file Qt5HelpConfig.extras.cmake is wrong.

      It use hard coded /usr/bin location to find tools, even though it explicitly check for the OE_QMAKE_PATH_EXTERNAL_HOST_BINS in Qt5HelpConfig.cmake file.

      Should use similar approach as in Qt5CoreConfigExtras.cmake file.

      Touch 5.8 and 5.9 versions of Boot2Qt and block me building GammaRay.
