Emulator3 updates for Device Creation 5.10

      • The new emulator3 for Device Creation needs a qt.conf file beside the emulator binary to fix it's plugin search path. This fixes the QtCreator emulator launch failure for emulator3 in Device Creation 5.10.
      • Emulator image is missing qtsimulator-tools which includes emulator proxy daemon. Simulator tools needs to be added into the emulator image as launcher scripts are in the image and cause emulator hangup due missing daemon.
