Clarify content of About Boot to Qt page

    Description

      Currently the two separate pages for kind of "about" information:

      https://doc.qt.io/QtForDeviceCreation/qtee-overview.html

      https://doc.qt.io/QtForDeviceCreation/qtee-about-b2qt.html

      These could be combined into a single About Boot to Qt page. New page should clearly emphasize B2Qt features.

      About page should also contain the essential features listed on:
