Add means to turn off the caching for Qt Assistant

Add means to turn off the caching for Qt Assistant, as from time to time the syncing fails (sometimes more often for some than for others) and having an easy way to turn off the caching would at least simplify getting around these issues. Alternatively having an option to force an override of the documentation would also work just as well.
