    Description

      Design a (technology preview) QML API in Qt Wayland Compositor that is generic enough that it can be used on both reference hardware configurations for putting client content to specific hardware layers and using the hardware blending.

      A minimal API is covered by this task, but the idea is that the API should be expandable with more features later if needed.
