Supported platform Windows 7 64bit with mingw lacks suitable qt package in installer

    Description

      http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/supported-platforms.html tells that Windows 7 64bit is supported with MinGW 5.3.

      But the online download tool only shows Qt 5.9.2 for MinGW 5.3 32bit.

      I cannot use Visual Studio compiler either because of bug QTCREATORBUG-19053. Therefore I don't see a way to compile a 64bit application with Qt5.9 on Windows 7 at all.
