TextInputManager lacks documentation

pure-qml is the only example compositor which declares an instance of TextInputManager, and without any properties or bindings. It's not clear why it is there. The class has no documentation. Compositors seem to work without instantiating it, in general. QWaylandTextInput gets instantiated by other means.
