How to reproduce:

• Create a CUPS printer whose default paper size is Letter
• Use the simple application attached
• Chose the CUPS print whose default paper size is Letter when dialog pops up
• Press print
• See how debug says 0 instead of 2

Note that IF you press Properties and Ok after selecting the CUPS print whose default paper size is Letter when dialog pops up if will work
