Observed with quicknanobrowser and simplebrowser with proprietary codecs configued.

Playing back video on http://ssdemo04.swankmp.net/#/browse does not work. Instead of the video, a black box with the text: "Error starting video. Error code 626." is displayed
On the console, there are some messages displayed:

• When navigating to the page [19642:19670:1130/101737.442715:ERROR:service_manager.cc(156)] Connection InterfaceProviderSpec prevented service: content_plugin from binding interface: memory_instrumentation::mojom::Coordinator exposed by: content_browser is displayed.
• when trying to start a video js: Player Error: Category 'DRM' Code 'FAILED_TO_CREATE_CDM' is displayed.

I also tried pointing it to a widevine plugin that should work (version 1.4.8.1008-linux-x64) as I have Chromium 62 installed on the machine, but it did not work and printed [1:1:1130/103435.665153:ERROR:ppapi_thread.cc(312)] Failed to load Pepper module from /home/mibrunin/Downloads/1.4.8.1008-linux-x64/libwidevinecdm.so (error: /home/mibrunin/Downloads/1.4.8.1008-linux-x64/libwidevinecdm.so: cannot open shared object file: Operation not permitted) on the console.

On http://demo.castlabs.com/, the encrypted files are not played back either.
