Emulator screen zooming & dragging problems

Launch Creator, configure an example project for emulator target & launch emulator.

1) When emulator has launched, check the zoom factor of the emulator screen. It's about 3/4 of "Full size". The underlying emulator screen layout is full size even though the skin is zoomed to smaller size by default (attached screen_1.png)

Result: emulator window borders don't seem to scale with emulator skin. Opaque window is in place where full screen occupied the screen and emulator window can be dragged from this opaque part (screen_1.png).

If zoom slider is adjusted, the layout correctly adjusts to the emulator window skin. If the windows skin is changed, for example from dashboard to tablet, the window vs. skin mismatch is reset to faulty one again.

2) Try to drag emulator window with mouse.

Result: Dragging emulator window "stutters" badly while dragging.
