Postgresql compile error

    Description

      Hi, 

       

      in according with the documentation (cta-service-cms2.hubspot.com)  I have an error when I try to compile the postgresql driver. 

      qmake "INCLUDEPATH+=C:\PostgreSQL\10\include" "LIBS+=C:\PostgreSQL\10\lib\libpq.lib" psql.pro

      Project ERROR: Library 'psql' is not defined.
