While documentation says that "Return values when modifier keys such as Shift, Control, Alt, and Meta are pressed differ among platforms and could return an empty string.", it would be useful if Cocoa integration could return text that corresponds to key(). This would automatically fix bugs in existing code, like QTBUG-64300.
