Description
When you start NFC detection via
QNearFieldManager::startTargetDetection()
before the initial application is active state is set, the NFC detection does not start.
Internally it is set to paused but the handleResume() is never called because the application state change is handled by setAndroidPlatformIntegration() and there is only the change signal
