QML external drag-n-drop does not works after windeployqt

      Applications uses QML DropArea does not works for external drag-n-drop after deploying with windeployqt.

      Issue appears in projects built for VS2015 kit. With VS2017 it does

      It works  in Creator/Debug. If application opens file open dialog is possible to drag/drop from that dialog to DropArea in application window. But it does not works if drag from external application.

      Issue can be reproduced with externaldragndrop Example app.Just deploy it and see that it stops to accept external text drops.
