User story: As an inputs developer, I need to be able to know which script a character belongs to, so that I know which stylistic formats (bold, italics, underline, color, etc.) I can allow for that character.

Minimum implementation: script is known, optimum implementation: also the language is known based on Unicode range in cases where that information will impact the set of formating actions available.

There are cases where the user will switch between primary and secondary input language in mid-sentence. Not all text formatting actions apply for all languages, (e.g. no bold/Italics for Chinese characters), and we need to be able to define the allowed actions character by character.
