WinRT: SSL handshake fails with ConnectionRefusedError

      When trying to connect to a SSL server with WinRT client, server refuses the handshake with error ConnectionRefusedError. Client still thinks it's connected without trying to reinitialize the handshake.

      Reproducible with Qt's "Secure Socket Client Example".
