tst_QDateTime::operator_eqeq fails on Ubuntu 16.04 with Europe/London timezone

      tst_QDateTime::operator_eqeq fails on Ubuntu 16.04 when the system timezone is set to UTC. This test should work regardless of the system timezone setting. We are switching the templates from EET to UTC.
