Qt/Mac doesn't print text when using fontengine=FreeType

    Description

      Switching to the FreeType font engine on Mac means print-outs will not contain (visible) text or anything rendered via fonts.

       

      May be inevitable but not desirable; if anything a workaround that creates a temporary CoreText fontdatabase for the scope of the print operation would be preferable.
