QWebEngineView: Animated scrolling doesn't work with mouse wheel on some sites

Animated scrolling doesn't work with mouse wheel scrolling on some sites. Scrolling is correctly animated with keyboard shortcuts (up/down arrows, pgup/pgdown, home/end).

Also note that when scrolling over page scrollbar, scrolling is animated, but it is not while scrolling over page contents.
