Description
this happens since the zoom is computed based on the on-screen bounding box, which is, however, not 100% dictated by geocoordinates.
Meaning that the on-screen footprint of the items result from their displacement on the map AND their on-screen size.
So a very zoomed out map would produce an item bounding box larger than their geosize.
