Extend QtDeviceUtilities::NetworkSettings to provide the hardware address for the interfaces

Extend QtDeviceUtilities::NetworkSettings to provide the hardware address for the interfaces, particularly via the service used so that the hardware address for the used service can be obtained.

Currently QNetworkInterface provides this, but there is no easy way to go from the NetworkSettings to that to get the information.
