QProgressDialog too small width at larger font size on Mac

      When using a large font size the automatic resize of QProgressDialog cuts off letters of the label on Mac. For more extended discussion and sample code see https://github.com/Subsurface-divelog/subsurface/issues/1041

      There is a workaround to use an explicit resize.
