MSVC2017 configuration only tested during qt5.git integration

    Description

      It appears MSVC 2017 configuration are only listed in qt5.txt and qtwebkit.txt, meaning AFAIK it is only tested during qt5.git integration runs. I think it would be a good idea to add it to default.txt, so that it is tested during normal module integration.

       

      In particular it is needed for QtWebEngine 5.11 which will move from requiring MSVC 2015 to MSVC 2017 due to upstream.
