Automated error reporting

    Description

      We should get automated status report about our builds and packaging tasks. E.g we can assume that packaging is run once / every night and if something fails whole release team will get mail notification about the issue. Then we don't need to monitor if builds etc went ok; we can assume we got error report if something fails.
