Right arrow goes left, left arrow goes right

    Description

      When editing Right-to-Left text, the left arrow moves the cursor to the right and the right arrow moves the cursor to the left. This appears to be a regression from Qt 3 and possibly earlier versions of Qt 4, which did not suffer from this bug.
